Tottenham vs Liverpool: PGMOL blame ‘significant human error’ for Luis Diaz goal being ruled out by VAR

The Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) has admitted a “significant human error” led to Luis Diaz’s goal against Tottenham to incorrectly ruled out by VAR.

Liverpool will be contacted to “acknowledge the error.”
