Djed Spence is set to become Tottenham's sixth summer signing this week, taking their spending to almost £100m during this window.
But Spurs boss Antonio Conte is notoriously hard to satisfy and would still like to get a few more signings over the line before the window closes.
Spurs have acted quickly to get the bulk of their business done early and show their intent to match the Italian's ambitions.
But who else could still be on the way to White Hart Lane before the start of the new season?
Here, Mirror Sport looks at the latest Tottenham rumours.
Spurs weigh up shock £30m swoop for old boy
With Tottenham closing in on Spence it would seem strange to be looking at other full backs.
But Mail Online claim that is exactly what they are doing after inserting a £30m buyback clause in the deal which took Kyle Walker-Peters to Southampton two years ago.
He has since flourished into an England international and attracted interest from Arsenal and Manchester United but Spurs are said to be in the driving seat if he leaves Saints.
Spurs could miss out to Arsenal for defender
Spurs and Arsenal have been competing for many of the same players this summer. Both clubs were in for Gabriel Jesus and Richarlison, and the list goes on.
Now, The Boot Room claim the Gunners could be about to pip Spurs to Croatia defender Josko Gvardiol, who has been linked with just about everyone this summer.
The Leipzig centre back has certainly been on the radar of both clubs and it's claimed here that because Tottenham have cooled their interest, Arsenal could step in.
Ndombele stuck in limbo
It's no secret that Tanguy Ndombele is no longer wanted at the club. His big-money move to Spurs has simply not worked out.
But Tottenham have yet to receive any bids for him in this window and could have trouble shifting him.
That's according to Footballfancast, who point out that Ndombele did not join the team on their pre-season tour of South Korea as he tries to resolve his future.
