Tottenham have completed the signing of Guglielmo Vicario from Italian side Empoli.
The goalkeeper, who will wear the No.13 shirt for Spurs, has signed a five-year contract at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and joins for a reported £16.3million transfer fee.
In his first interview after signing, the 26-year-old said: "It's a dream for me to be here. It is one of the biggest teams in England and in the Premier League so I'd like to start quickly to join my teammates.
"For me it is a big pleasure to be here. It was my first choice, I wanted to go to the Premier League and for me it is so exciting."
Spurs 'closing in' on Maddison
Tottenham are getting closer to sealing transfer number three of the Ange Postecoglou era with the signing of James Maddison.
The Leicester star has already agreed personal terms to join Spurs and now an agreement is close to being reached with the Foxes over a final fee, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
On Twitter, he wrote: "Tottenham are now closing in on James Maddison deal, here we go soon! Verbal agreement in place on £40m fee — final details on add ons/payment structure then… signed".

Postecoglou backroom staff confirmed
Tottenham have confirmed Ange Postecoglou's coaching staff ahead of the team's return to pre-season training at the start of July.
Appointed as Antonio Conte's successor at the beginning of June on a four-year contract, there was no confirmation at the time regarding those who will form part of the Australian's backroom team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
With the start of pre-season training at Hotspur Way now just a matter of days away, Spurs have finally revealed who will be working alongside Postecoglou for the 2023/24 campaign and beyond. The 57-year-old will be joined in north London by Chris Davies and former Premier League player Mile Jedinak.
