Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte reportedly wants to bring six new players to the club in the summer transfer window as he tries to overhaul his current squad.
Conte took charge at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in November last year and has overseen an improvement in Spurs' fortunes on the pitch as they've launched themselves into Champions League contention. But the Spurs boss appears to want to keep pushing for further improvements, with reports claiming he wants the club to be busy in the summer transfer window.
One player who could be targeted is West Brom goalkeeper Sam Johnstone, although the club may face strong competition for the former Manchester United player's signature. It comes as Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has claimed that Antonio Conte's side haven't capitalised on a "huge advantage".

Tuchel makes Spurs admission
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has admitted he 'feared the worst' when Tottenham Hotspur crashed out of the Europa Conference League in December.
Antonio Conte's side failed to make it through the group stages of the competition, which Tuchel believes handed them a 'huge advantage' in the battle to secure Champions League football next season. Speaking ahead of Chelsea's Premier League tie against Arsenal, though, the Blues boss revealed his belief that Spurs have failed to capitalise on that advantage.
Spurs face transfer battle
Everton are said to be ready to rival Tottenham Hotspur for the summer signing of West Brom goalkeeper Sam Johnstone.
The goalkeeper will become a free agent when his contract at The Hawthorns expires this summer with Spurs said to be interested in bringing him in to provide competition for Hugo Lloris. But Everton are fearful of losing their own goalkeeper, England number one Jordan Pickford, following their relegation battle this year and could be ready to make Johnstone an attractive offer.
That means Spurs could have quite the battle on their hands to land Johnstone this summer as Antonio Conte sets about reshaping his squad.
Conte eyes six new signings
Antonio Conte is planning a huge overhaul of his Tottenham Hotspur squad this summer and could make as many as six new signings.
Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski have so far been the only arrivals at the club during Conte's reign, although with four players leaving the club Conte previously said his squad had been 'weakened' during the January transfer window. But he has since softened his stance on the matter after praising both players for their impact since arriving in north London – and it appears the Italian now wants more of the same.
And reports now suggest Spurs could try to bring in a centre-back, a right wing-back, two midfielders, a forward and a backup goalkeeper, as well as signing Kulusevski permanently.
