Tottenham handed huge week after Brighton clash is rearranged in between Man United and West Ham games

Tottenham will have to face Manchester United, Brighton and West Ham in the space of eight days after the Premier League announced the new dates for several postponed games.

A number of matches were put back over the Christmas period due to a rise in Covid-19 cases across the division, including Spurs’ fixtures against Burnley, Brighton and Arsenal.
