Tottenham eye move for Alexander Nubel
Antonio Conte is reportedly looking to bolster his goalkeeping options at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and a summer move is being weighed up for Bayern Munich shot-stopper Alexander Nubel.
Pierluigi Gollini is currently Hugo Lloris' understudy but Nubel has caught the attention of the powers that be in north London, according to Kicker via Bild.
Nubel was back-up to Manuel Neuer last season but was sent out on loan to Monaco in the summer for two years.
However, Bayern would reportedly consider recalling him and cashing in should Neuer sign a new deal.
Offer accepted for talented winger
Spurs are closing in on their first signing of the summer transfer window after having an offer accepted for Lewes winger Ollie Tanner.
The former Arsenal academy graduate has 18 months remaining on his contract but Tottenham have moved early to secure him, according to a report from The Athletic.
As yet, there is no information regarding how much Tottenham will be paying for the 19-year-old.
The news broke shortly after it emerged that Liverpool had hijacked a deal to sign Porto winger Luis Diaz, leaving Spurs with precious little time to sign an alternative this month.
Giovani Lo Celso demands emerge
Tottenham midfielder Giovani Lo Celso has emerged as a loan target for Lyon with the imminent departure of Bruno Guimaraes to Newcastle on the horizon.
But the update from Fabrizio Romano also revealed that Spurs would want the players wages covered and a significant loan fee for any temporary deal.
"Olympique Lyonnais are interested in signing Giovani Lo Celso from Tottenham to replace Bruno Guimarães who’s set to join Newcastle," Romano reported on Twitter on Friday night.
"He’s considered one of the candidates in their list. Tottenham want full salary paid until June plus loan fee for Lo Celso."
