Actress Tori Spelling has officially filed for divorce from her husband Dean McDermott, as confirmed by court documents obtained by Page Six. The couple, who had been married for several years, announced their split nine months ago.
In the divorce filing, Spelling cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation and listed the date of separation as June 17, 2023. The couple shares five minor children, and Spelling is requesting joint legal custody but seeks sole physical custody with visitation rights for McDermott to be determined at a later date.
