A top Glasgow hotel has issued a full refund to a customer due to 'ridiculously noisy' air conditioning which led to a bad night's sleep for a guest.
Adobe Hotel, located on Bath Street, in the city centre is a popular hotel with a high rating. However, they have received a negative review from a guest who stayed at the hotel who was unable to get any 'meaningful' sleep during their stay.
The guest who stayed at the hotel last month took to the popular reviewing website, Tripadvisor, to vent their frustration about the noise the air conditioning produced.
