A top chef said he is offering £1,000 paid by a group of rich customers to a young server after the way they treated her while dining in his restaurant. Lee Skeet, who trained under Gordon Ramsay and runs Cora in Pontcanna, went on to expose the group on social media on Wednesday, calling them out and accusing them of "inappropriate behaviour".
The chef in Cardiff went on to brand the diners "rich people who think they treat people like c***"", Wales Online reports. Mr Skeet shared an email on Twitter that he had sent to the head of the party.
He ordered them to "never come back to my restaurant" after saying they had mistreated the 22-year-old staff member. Cora has been described as the "hidden 12-seat restaurant serving the best food in Cardiff".
