Tommy Robinson will not be charged over an alleged assault at St Pancras railway station last month after the Crown Prosecution Service concluded “there was not a realistic prospect of conviction”, the British Transport Police (BTP) said.
The force said a decision had been made not to charge Mr Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon, as the alleged victim “did not wish to provide a statement to the investigation.”
