After meeting earlier this year, the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts will play their second and final game against one another on Sunday.
The Titans are looking for revenge in Week 13 after they dropped the Week 5 matchup between these two teams, 23-16, in Indianapolis. Of course, this game will be played in Nissan Stadium, where the Titans are 4-0.
Unlike the Titans, who are 0-7 away from their home turf, the Colts sport an impressive 4-1 mark on the road this season and Indy has been far better than anyone expected, with their 6-5 mark putting them in second place.
The Titans have been the total opposite, with Tennessee playing below expectations and sitting in the cellar at 4-7.
While Tennessee’s playoff hopes are almost zero, they do have the chance to play spoilers in the division down the stretch, with this game against the Colts being the first of four AFC South matchups the rest of the way.
Despite having success at home this season, sportsbooks have the host Titans as the underdogs. Let’s see how experts are picking this game.

Pete Prisco: Titans (23-20) – “The Colts are smack dab in the middle of the playoff race, which is a surprise to many. The Titans are 4-7, but they’ve won all four at home. That matters. Mike Vrabel will have his team ready in a division game and Will Levis will outplay Gardner Minshew. Titans win it.”

Sporting News’ Week 13 picks
Vinnie Iyer: Titans (20-17) – “Gardner Minshew is finding a way to make enough plays working off Jonathan Taylor’s strong running and a more active defense. The Titans haven’t been pretty offensively with Will Levis, but they go as Derrick Henry goes, and vice versa. The Colts’ defense has improved on the back end, while the Titans presenting a challenging front vs. the run. Levis comes through here as Tennessee makes it two in a row in Nashville.”
Bill Bender: Titans (21-16) – “The Colts have won three straight games, a stretch where they have a +4 turnover ratio and they are grinding out wins with Jonathan Taylor, who averages 4.2 yards per carry the last two weeks. Tennessee broke a three-game losing streak in Week 12 and is 4-0 S/U at home this season and Derrick Henry – who averages 4.1 yards per carry the last two weeks but had 43 yards in the first meeting – is a difference maker.”
The 33rd Team
Ryan Reynolds: Colts (20-17) – “The Indianapolis Colts would make the playoffs if the season ended today, which is remarkable. Unfortunately for Indianapolis, Jonathan Taylor will miss multiple games. That puts Zack Moss back on top of the Colts’ backfield. Through Week 5, Moss was third in the league in rushing yards despite only playing four games. Moss is not the same caliber player as Taylor, but we’ve seen him hold down the fort in this offense. The Tennessee Titans have a volatile offense led by rookie QB Will Levis, and there’s little reason to expect a breakthrough performance for Tennessee’s offense this weekend. The strength of the Titans’ defense is its front four, which Indianapolis’s offensive line can mitigate. If the Colts succeed in that phase, Gardner Minshew has a plus matchup against the Titans’ secondary.”
