The Tennessee Titans made a plethora of roster moves on Wednesday. Arguably the most notable and intriguing one was cornerback Caleb Farley’s 21-day practice window being opened.
Farley hasn’t been on a football field since Nov. 2022, as he’s been dealing with his lingering back issues. He will not count against the 53-man roster unless he’s officially activated, but this is a fantastic sign for the former first-round pick.
Ideally, Farley will get to play in at least one game to build some positive momentum ahead of the offseason.
Aside from that, the Titans also placed wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine on injured reserve with a hand injury. His season is now officially over after he recorded 28 catches for 370 yards and three touchdowns.
Lastly, the Titans signed linebacker Garret Wallow off the Texans’ practice squad. He’s played in a total of 32 NFL games with five career starts. He’s made the most of his impact on special teams, accounting for 491 snaps in that area, as opposed to the 304 snaps he’s played on defense.
