The Tennessee Titans will be taking a closer look at Illinois defensive back Jartavius “Quan” Martin in a pre-draft visit.
According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Titans are bringing Martin in on Tuesday, his first of eight pre-draft visits in the next few weeks.
As Fowler notes, Martin brings some versatility to the table, as he’s able to play cornerback and safety. He spent time outside, in the slot and at safety during his collegiate career, and also played on special teams.
For more on Martin, check out this breakdown from Sports Illustrated’s The NFL Draft Bible, which has the him projected to go somewhere in the third round.

Tennessee already has a crowded situation in the secondary, but with the group having injury concerns and a murky future overall, it’s not crazy to think the team could target a defensive back like Martin at some point in the upcoming draft.
