The Tennessee Titans have been the most injured team in the NFL the past few years. Tennessee broke the record for the most players fielded in 2021, and then finished first once again in that category in 2022, on top of placing the most players on injured reserve throughout the course of the season.
Tennessee has suffered its fair share of torn ACLs in that time, also, but since 2013 the Titans have suffered a total of 15 ACL tears, tied for 14th-most in the NFL, according to the ACL Recovery Club.
Unsurprisingly, half of those have come in the past two seasons alone, and only one team in the league has suffered more in that span (New York Giants with 11). Tennessee is tied for the second-most with the Denver Broncos.

Injuries no doubt derailed the Titans’ 2022 campaign, with several positions being bitten by the injury bug, including quarterback. As a result, player health will be a major point of emphasis in 2023.
