TikTok star and freestyle rapper Harry Mack to perform in Swansea

Social media star Harry Mack is heading on his first ever UK tour, and he will be stopping off in Swansea. The freestyle rapper has become incredibly popular and won legions of fans thanks to his viral videos which sees him create raps through three random words given to him by strangers.

Such is his popularity, he has four million followers on TikTok, 2.19 million subscribers on YouTube, and 668,000 followers on Instagram. He first rose to fame when his Venice Beach Freestyle went viral, which propelled him to opportunities alongside the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Joey Bada$$, Ellen DeGeneres, Complex Music, and RedBull Music. He will be at Sin City in Swansea with his show The Energy Exchange on Saturday, September 17 from 7pm to 11pm. It will be one of only three dates, with other shows lined up in London and Southampton.

He wrote on social media: "I’m so stoked to be able to take The Energy Exchange abroad. We’ve put together a mini tour in the UK and are working to add a few more shows while we’re out there. I can't wait to see y'all there. Let's gooo."

As a content creator, his self-produced YouTube series Guerrilla Bars has amassed millions of views. With 16 episodes released between September 2019 to July 2020, he has surprised, impacted, and entertained millions of people, leaving them with something unique that they cannot wait to share with others. His weekly live streams further promote positivity and keep fans engaged through mind-blowing interactive performances.

His background in jazz drumming is a reflection of his life-long fascination with improvisational music. His unique approach to hip-hop revolves around the spirit of rhythmic improv. Blending the excitement of instrumental jazz improvisation with the impactful messages of hip-hop lyricism, Harry constantly strives to push the boundaries of his own abilities, while reaching for new approaches to rap expression.
