As the South West enjoys some of the warmest weather it's had for this year, many of us will be spending more time out in the sunshine.
While it can be tempting to soak up the rays and get bronzed, it’s important to stay safe in the summer sun, especially after months without any exposure. Sunburn can also be extremely painful and result in tenderness, blisters, swelling and even headaches, nausea and fatigue. TikTok users are promoting unusual hacks to try and lessen these symptoms after spending time in the sun.
