Tiger Woods has announced he will not be playing at the US Open as he prioritises getting his body ready for a trip to St Andrews this summer for the 150th Open.

The 15-time major winner has played just two events this year, the Masters and the PGA Championship, as he has made his return to the sport following a horrific car accident nearly 18 months ago.
