A three-year-old Northern Irish child is "lucky to be alive" after she fell from a push scooter while not wearing a helmet.
Robyn McAreavey suffered multiple fractures to her skull, cheekbone and another break above her nose.
The youngster also sustained a slight bleed on the brain as well as a black eye.
