Police have launched a search for three teenagers missing from Ayrshire.
The trio - Stuart Mcgrath (13) and Millie Steevley (13), from Ardrossan, and Ellie-Mae Young (13), from Salcoats - were last seen at their homes around 8.15am on Monday. Officers believe Stuart, Millie and Ellie-Mae to be together.
Stuart is described as 5ft 4inches tall with short auburn hair. He was last seen wearing school uniform and a black gillet. Ellie-Mae is 5ft 7inches tall with long brown hair. Millie is 5ft 5inches tall with long blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black Nike long-sleeved running top with black Nike leggings and white high top trainers.
Sergeant Caroline Mowbray said: “Our concern for Stuart, Ellie-Mae and Millie is growing, given their age and the fact that no-one has heard from them. We just want to know they are safe and well. If anyone has seen them or has any information as to their whereabouts, please contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 4144 or 4210 of 22 May.
