This PC app boosts FPS in any game on any GPU for only $7 — and it just got a major update

It almost sounds too good to be true, but using the Lossless Scaling app on a gaming PC does indeed feel akin to downloading more frames.

The app's developer, who goes by "THS," last week released update 3.1 for their Lossless Scaling utility, and it brings a significant improvement to GPU load reduction.
