This Morning's Josie Gibson addresses feud rumours and secret pact with Holly and Alison

Josie Gibson has rubbished claims about a feud behind-the-scenes on This Morning - revealing it couldn't be further from the truth.

The mum-of-one found fame on Big Brother in 2010 and has since gone on to become one of the biggest names in the television industry.

Nowadays, the 37-year-old can often be found presenting This Morning as well as various segments of the programme while entertaining viewers with her quick wit and her humour.

But while This Morning can often be at the centre of speculation suggesting there's drama on the set, Josie said the team are like one big happy family, with Alison Hammond and Holly Willoughby championing her.

She told The Mirror: "It's lovely, it's like being a part of another family, everyone looks after one another, it's lush, we've all got everyone's back.

"The women champion each other in my work, Holly [Willoughby] champions me, I love Holly.

"Alison champions me, everyone just looks out for one another and normally you wouldn't think it would be like that but everyone has each other's backs, it's really nice."

Despite not being a fan of rollercoasters and action, This Morning viewers frequently see Josie thrown out of her comfort zone but she admits this is beneficial.

"I think life is all about experiences, you've got to enjoy it," she explained before continuing: "You grow from all your experiences I'm not one for possessions or things but I'm all about experiences and I do like to throw myself into things."

Away from TV work, Josie is a mum to her son Reggie-James but manages to find time to be with her child, as well as keep a busy career.

The Bristol-born star said: "It's a balancing act, so everything is a complete balancing act but you make it work, you've got to.

"You've got no choice, you have to make it work and you've got to try and be super organised."

Josie recently teamed up with Meridian and discovered that one tablespoon of peanut butter gives people the same serotonin boost as a 30-second hug and admitted her favourite peanut butter is the Meridian Signature Roast Crunch as it's all nut and palm oil free.

Discussing her love for the product, she explained: "Who's not a fan of peanut butter, I did the paleo diet for quite a long time, so I always use a lot of us a lot of peanut butter products to make desserts, like flapjacks.

"Peanut butter releases some serious brain-boosting chemicals, you get the same brain-boosting chemicals from spooning someone as you do from a spoonful of peanut butter.

"It helps with your sleep, helps with anxiety and depression – it's been proven!"
