This Morning duo Holly Willoughby and Phillip Scofield are set to be replaced on the show by the end of the year, according to bookies.
Bets have been placed on the pair being unlikely to continue in their roles at the ITV daytime show in the new year, following queue-gate.
Holly, 41, and Phil, 60, were falsely accused of jumping the queue to see Queen Elizabeth II lying in state ahead of her funeral, prompting public fury.
The pair and ITV clarified that Holly and Phil attended Westminster Hall in a professional capacity to film a segment for the show, and queued with other members of the media.
But some parts of the public were still furious and called for the pair to resign, while other famous faces made jibes about them.
The duo have however put on brave faces and remained to present the show, but that hasn't stopped people from putting bets on their possible departure.
Ladbrokes is offering odds of 6/4 for Holly and Phil not presenting This Morning as of 2023.
Alex Apati, from Ladbrokes, told The Sun: "Perhaps it's time for a change on the This Morning sofas,
"With Holly and Phil far from being in the British public's good books right now, it could well be a case of New Year, new presenters, if the latest odds are anything to go by."
The Mirror has approached ITV for comment.
Holly and Phil have presented the show together since 2009, with Phil on the sofa since 2002.
Last week it was confirmed Phil has lost his £1million deal to advertise We Buy Any Car. The firm, which has started filming with TikTok star Mufasa, claims Phil’s five-year contract was to end in 2022, a decision taken prior to stories about him.
As queue-gate takes an apparent hit on Phil's popularity, The Chase host Bradley Walsh may be about to pass Phil in popularity.
A source said: “As Phillip’s popularity wanes, television and advertising execs are looking at Bradley Walsh. He’s squeaky clean, popular with viewers and doesn’t have any of the baggage that Phillip has.”
Bradley has gone from presenting the National Lottery on BBC1 in 1994 to shows such as Wheel of Fortune, Cash Trapped and Tonight at the London Palladium.
He played Danny Baldwin in Corrie for two years and starred in Doctor Who and the drama Law & Order: UK. As a singer Bradley has released two albums and he has also been taken by his son Barney on TV road trips in Bradley and Barney Walsh: Breaking Dad.
As they deal with the fallout from the row, Holly and Phil's relationship is reported to not be what it once was.
A source told OK! that the atmosphere in the This Morning studio was "awful" and that the queue-gate drama had made the presenters' relationship "extremely awkward".
"You could cut the tension in the room with a knife," the insider said. "The fact that the audience is now noticing it too indicates that big cracks are starting to show."
