A large and bright bedroom with a green bed with white bedding, large wraparound windows with white sheer curtains, wooden flooring, a large white rug, and a white upholstered chair.

When it comes to finding the right mattress firmness, I've spoken with a wealth of experts on how to determine it and what to avoid. But, on a recent trip to Vispring's famed showroom, I learned an unexpected rule from the supplier to royalty that's changed the way I'll buy mattresses forever.
