'This is stupid!' - Arsenal fans react to Premier League decision on potential title deciders

Arsenal are at the centre of one of the most exciting Premier League title races in recent years. Mikel Arteta is going toe-to-toe with his former colleague Pep Guardiola as the Gunners lead the way at the top of the table, two points clear of Manchester City.

The reigning champions finally moved above the north Londoners in the table last week as they picked up a 3-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium. City slipped up just days later as the title race took another twist with Guardiola's side drawing 1-1 to Nottingham Forest after Arsenal had beaten Aston Villa.

This leaves the Gunners two points clear with a game in hand that could be crucial as to who wins the title come May. With plenty of big fixtures still to come Arsenal's way in the coming weeks, fans are shocked that the next three Premier League fixtures for the north London outfit have not been selected to be televised in the UK.

First up is a trip to Leicester, before Arsenal play their game in hand against Everton, quickly followed by a home clash against Bournemouth. football.london takes a look at all the reaction from supporters to the news that they will not be able to watch the Gunners live on television in their next three matches.

Reddit user Eethk7 posted: "Cant complain of VAR if no one can see the game." Another user commented: "And they wonder why people use illegal streams. This is stupid."

A Reddit user from the Netherlands said: "I really don’t get that. Here in the Netherlands they televise the whole Eredivisie. And with Viaplay, I can watch every Arsenal game."

Desecron posted on Reddit: "The Arteta revolution will not be televised."
