Towing an electric dirt bike, ATV, or UTV still very much has its limitations, as where the hell do you power the dang thing? You can bring along a generator, but that sort of defeats the purpose of an electric vehicle. And while you could probably find an outlet or charging station in and around town, you still have to leave the woods to go fill up your electrons.
And if you're towing with an EV, i.e., a Rivian (don't), Ford, or Chevy, you're just eating away at your already reduced range. This is one of the many issues still to be resolved for EV powersports in the real world, an issue that no one is really cognizant of. Well, at least they weren't, as Lightship believes it's already answered the question with its new "self-propelled trailer."
