“They were told to marry and convert”: Eyewitness makes big claim in TCS Nashik case

The eyewitness also claimed that coercion was involved and that HR-linked funding may have played a role. These claims have drawn attention because they suggest the alleged actions may not have been limited to individual conduct.

The case is currently being investigated by the police, while TCS has also initiated an internal probe. Multiple complaints linked to the matter are reportedly already under scrutiny.

Reports suggest that the broader case includes allegations related to harassment, coercion and internal handling of complaints. Investigators are examining statements, digital records and other evidence as part of the ongoing probe.
