US President Donald Trump on Friday launched a sharp attack on Democrats, asserting that Iran has been left militarily devastated by the conflict with the United States and accusing the opposition of falsely claiming Tehran is better off now than it was four months ago.
In a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump wrote that Iran no longer has an air force, a navy, anti-aircraft equipment, or radar. "The War has diminished Iran! It doesn't, any longer, have an Air Force, a Navy, Antiaircraft Equipment, Radar, or practically anything else," Trump said, directing his ire at what he called the "Dumocrats."
