The UK’s most expensive streets have been revealed — where the average home is valued at £12.5 million

The average home on Britain’s most expensive street is valued at approximately £12.5 million, according to new analysis from property website Rightmove.

Winnington Road, located in the N2 postal area of Barnet, London, has been identified as 2026’s most expensive street in Britain, with an average asking price of £12,538,095.

Beyond the capital, Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh’s EH3 postcode was named Scotland’s priciest street, where properties carry an average price tag of £560,000. Meanwhile, Hollybush Road in Cardiff’s CF23 postal area emerged as Wales’s most expensive, with an average price of £1,237,500.

For those seeking prestigious addresses outside London, East Road in Elmbridge, Surrey (KT13), took the top spot, boasting an average price of £8,795,714.
