The Tottenham team Antonio Conte should pick to face Brentford with one key change

Antonio Conte needs his Tottenham Hotspur team to get back to winning ways on Saturday evening as they make the trip to Brentford.

Spurs will come up against an in-form Bees team that has won all five of the matches Christian Eriksen has started for them and the former Tottenham midfielder will pose a real threat to his old side. The north London outfit need to ensure that they come away with all three points as their closest rivals for fourth place in the Premier League - Arsenal and Manchester United - play each other in Saturday's lunchtime kick-off.

We asked our three Spurs reporters to select the team they believe Conte should name to face Brentford in order to bring home the win.

The options Conte has to select from are as you were with Matt Doherty and Japhet Tanganga out for the remainder of the season and Oliver Skipp no closer to returning from his pelvic injury. The Spurs boss must decide whether to stick with the same 11 starting players who were so disappointing against Brighton last weekend or make a change or two to liven the side up.

One change could be to bring Ryan Sessegnon back in at left wing-back now he has fully recovered from his hamstring problem. The England U21 international appeared to be favoured by Conte before his injury over Sergio Reguilon. The Spaniard struggled to create opportunities against Brighton and Sessegnon could give Spurs more thrust down that left-hand side if he is deemed fit enough to start.

Gold's team: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.

Antonio Conte may look to change his Tottenham team up this weekend when they take on Brentford going on their struggles last time out against Brighton. However, it could only be the one alteration he opts for in west London.

That change could come at left wing-back as Sergio Reguilon offered very little last Saturday and that may open up the door for Ryan Sessegnon to come back in. Emerson Royal also struggled in the match but there are very few options at right wing-back, with Conte showing no sign of wanting to convert Lucas Moura or Steven Bergwijn from their roles on the wing so far.

The front three were extremely quiet against Brighton going on their previous performances but the boss will persist with them rather than giving Lucas or Bergwijn a rare opportunity from the start.

Guest's team: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.

Emma de Duve - Tottenham Hotspur reporter

Another big game for Tottenham and a must-win match, to keep their spot in the top four. Just when Spurs thought Chelsea would do them a favour, of course the game against Arsenal didn't go as expected.

Now it is down to Conte and his Tottenham side to get three points from a game that won't be as easy as the reverse tie. The Lilywhites need a positive bounce back from their defeat and lacklustre performance against Brighton.

With no fresh injuries, the Spurs team is likely to remain the same, particularly in the front and back three. With Doherty out, it is unlikely Conte will start with anyone but Royal at right wing-back.

On the left is where there is still a battle. Reguilon was given the nod against Brighton but didn't make the required impact down the left flank and therefore it might be a good opportunity for Sessegnon to make his return and resume the good form he found before his injury.

de Duve's team: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Son; Kane.
