The Trump administration has no plans to block the extradition of the Tate brothers to the United Kingdom following their arrest in Miami on sex-crime charges, according to a new report.
Axios reported that the Justice Department indicated in court papers that Secretary of State Marco Rubio had "sole discretion" on whether to intervene in the case. A DOJ official told the outlet that Rubio "has not spoken to the Tate Brothers or their lawyers. The State Department has no plans to act on this matter at this time."
