It’s been a strange old year, this 2025. Some of it felt like history repeating itself, with the world watching on as a new Pope was elected, Donald Trump was inaugurated for a second time, and England’s women’s team once again proved that they can do what the men cannot (aka win the Euros).
Then there were the entirely new events and phenomena that no one could have possibly predicted: Labubus became the hottest accessory on the planet, a Coldplay concert became an interesting topic of conversation for over a week, and the unshakeable House of Beckham was ripped apart by an ongoing feud.
