The Rangers transfer state of play on Hagi, Cifuentes, Sakala and Helander

The transfer revolving door has been in full swing at Ibrox as Michael Beale ushers in a new era at Rangers - with plenty of incoming and outgoing stars.

After key figures including Allan McGregor, Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent were shown the door at the end of their deals, Sam Lammers, Jack Butland, Kieran Dowell and Dujon Sterling have all arrived at the club as the Rangers boss looks to build a side capable of challenging Celtic for the Scottish Premiership crown next term.

While striker Lammers is the fourth new face in the building it's unlikely that he will be the last - and Beale has already warned that outgoings could be on the cards before the league campaign restarts. Record Sport takes a look at the latest on the arrivals and exits on Edmiston Drive.

Ianis Hagi

Rangers playmaker Ianis Hagi has addressed his Ibrox future amid speculation in Romania that he could leave the club. The Romania cap made 12 appearances last term following a lengthy layoff as he worked on his fitness behind the scenes - with his first two league starts coming in the final fixtures of the campaign.

Speaking after his return to the international set-up during the goalless draw with Kosovo, Hagi told Digi Sport that he had held talks with the boss over his future. The midfielder said: "The discussions that I and my manager had, as soon as the season ended, were positive.

"But that's about where it stayed, because I only had 4-5 days off and I joined the national team. The season is not over for me. When you sign an extension with Rangers after a year out with injury, you've done something right. I am happy that I managed to extend my contract with such a huge club in Europe. We hope that next year we will win trophies."

Jose Cifuentes

Los Angeles FC midfielder Jose Cifuentes looks to be moving closer to a deal while on international duty with Ecuador - but a late hitch appears to have emerged. According to transfer blog ReluctantNicko an unnamed Premier League club attempted to hijack the deal to bring Cifuentes to Rangers.

However, it is stated that the midfielder has his "heart set" on joining Rangers and playing in the Champions League. Rangers will have to agree a fee with the Americans to bring Cifuentes over before the end of his contract - which runs out in the winter when the MLS season is concluded.

Fashion Sakala

Michael Beale has warned Rangers fans that there could be outgoings - but Fashion Sakala doesn't appear to be among that group at this stage. St Pauli insist a move for the Zambia international is a non-starter.

Sports director Andreas Bornemann at the Bundesliga 2 side shut down the swirling talk in Germany. He said: "Speculation is part of the game. There is a lot going on in the football rumour mill these days.

"It's amazing what's supposedly going on! In fact, we've had a few wild topics recently. For example, just because we had previously looked to the UK for Jackson Irvine and Oladapo Afolayan, people now suspect links there more often. It's true that during this period, agents increasingly contact us and offer us players, but we prefer to search ourselves."

Filip Helander

Filip Helander is on the lookout for a new club after his Rangers contract expired amid "unique" injury issues that were disclosed by Michael Beale. The defender was a crucial part of previous Rangers teams under Steven Gerrard but failed to make a single appearance last season.

Swedish outlet Expressen has revealed a career lifeline could be on the cards at one of his former clubs. Malmo FF chairman Anders Palsson is reportedly in contact with the 30-year-old and is considering offering the centre-back a deal.
