The Queen is expected to be buried with just two sentimental pieces of jewellery, says a royal expert.
The late Monarch passed away peacefully on Thursday 8 September in Balmoral Castle and the country has been in a period of national mourning since. The funeral is taking place tomorrow and will be aired on most national broadcasting services, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky, and is set to be watched by billions worldwide.
Speaking of what the Queen will be buried with, one royal expert has believes that her Majesty will be buried with just two pieces of meaningful jewellery, despite having accessories worth millions. Lisa Levinson, head of communications at the Natural Diamond Council told Metro.co.uk : " Her Majesty is an incredibly humble woman at heart who is unlikely to be dressed in anything but her simple Welsh gold wedding band to rest and a pair of pearl earrings."
