The public has been asked not to travel to Hillsborough Castle until later today due to the Proclamation ceremony which is taking place.
In a statement, the Northern Ireland Office (NIO) who are co-ordinating proceedings have asked the public to refrain from travelling to Hillsborough Castle until the shuttle bus service resumes on Sunday evening.
The statement said: "Due to the Proclamation ceremony this afternoon, the public are asked not to travel to Hillsborough Castle until the shuttle bus service resumes at 4pm from the Eikon Centre. If you wish to watch the Proclamation, the ceremony will be broadcast on television."

Due to the official proceedings in Royal Hillsborough on Sunday, shuttle bus services from the Eikon Centre will only operate from 4pm-8pm on September 11.
Meanwhile, a special meeting of Belfast City Council is also planned for today. The High Sheriff of Belfast Councillor John Hussey will don ceremonial robes for a re-reading of the Accession Proclamation at Belfast City Hall at 3pm, before a Special meeting of Belfast City Council.
The High Sheriff will be joined by The Lord Lieutenant of the Co Borough of Belfast, Dame Fionnuala Jay-O’Boyle DBE DStJ, for the re-reading of the Proclamation in Belfast City Hall.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
Following the re-reading of the Proclamation, Members of Belfast City Council will meet in the Council Chamber for a Special Meeting of Council to pay tribute to the late Queen. The meeting will be live streamed on the Council’s website from 3.30pm.
King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla will arrive in Northern Ireland on Tuesday, September 13 where they will visit Hillsborough Castle, to will view an exhibition about the late Queen’s long association with Northern Ireland. The King will then meet the Northern Ireland Secretary Chris Heaton-Harris and party leaders and receive a message of condolence led by the Speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly, again making his reply.
After a short reception at Hillsborough, the King and Queen Consort will travel to St Anne’s Cathedral for a service of prayer and reflection and before the event Charles will meet leaders from all the major faiths in Northern Ireland, and later the royal couple will return to London.
