Suddenly, but peacefully, Doreen passed away on Thursday 6th April. Devoted wife of the late Leonard, beloved mum to Craig, Karen, Lee and Glenn. Brynmor Hollywell
We are sorry to announce the sad news that Brynmor Hollywell passed away peacefully on Friday 14th April in hospital with wife Gay and children Paul & Ceri at his bedside. He had been suffering from covid and he had a weakened heart. He always said how fortunate he felt to have a good life with an amazing supportive wife, he was always family-focussed, and was proud of his children and grandchildren. We will miss him. The funeral will be held at Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium on Friday 5 May at 14.45. All Bryn's friends are welcome to attend and there will be a wake afterwards at The Green Lady, Pontygwindy Rd, Caerphilly. No flowers please, if anyone wishes to give in his memory, we have nominated Save the Children (which he had previously led collections for) and collection buckets will be made available at the funeral. Formerly of Edinburgh Court, Canton Peacefully, on Thursday 13th April, Raymond passed away at Ty Llandaff Care Home, aged 69 years. Cherished son of the late Iris and William, much loved brother of Glenys and Ivor, and brother in law of Ricky and the late Ann. On 18th April, 2023, Maggie MacDonald (formerly Conn) passed away at Alexander House, Pinhoe, Devon. Much loved wife of Malcolm. Raised in Mountain Ash, Maggie previously resided in Cardiff, Bristol, Sheffield (Cornwall), Kuwait, Singapore, Brig O'Turk, and Winkleigh (Devon). At her own request she will be laid to rest at a private burial in West Penwith, Cornwall. All donations to the Penny Brohn Centre (Penny Brohn UK).

Kevin died peacefully on the 8th of April surrounded by family. Kevin was a loving husband to Jane and a cherished Father to Jessica, Adam, Kayleigh, Victoria, Christopher, Michael and John. He was a proud Bampy to Ieuan, Freja, Willow, Ryan and Jack who he loved wholeheartedly. Kevin touched many lives and was a dear Father in Law to Alison, Luke, Lee, Lisa and Adam. He was an incredibly smart, funny and generous person. He leaves us with unforgettable happy memories and will be forever missed. George James Passfield
(Formerly of Romford, Essex, Cardiff, South Wales and Ottery St Mary, Devon) George passed away peacefully aged 93 at Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport on April 23rd 2023. Former RAF Aircraftman and Electrical Engineer, George was beloved husband of the late Barbara, and loving father of Richard and Colin from his first marriage to the late Patricia. He will be missed by his family, his granddaughters and his friends in East Devon. A short service will take place at Glyntaf Crematorium, Pontypridd at 10.30am on Thursday May 11th 2023.

Peacefully after a short illness, we are very sad to announce the death of our beloved Aunt Helen who passed away on 11th April at Ward C4, UHW, Cardiff aged 85. Devoted wife of the late Brian (BERL), Helen was generous with her love and time and an inspiration to all her family and friends. She will never be forgotten as she was the anchor every family needs.
