Kyogo Furuhashi's miserable post-Celtic career has lurched to another low after the former Hoops hero was sidelined by injury amid a desperate goalscoring drought with LA Galaxy.

The Japanese striker has failed to find the net in 11 appearances for the MLS outfit and has now been struck down with a thigh problem that has seen him miss Galaxy's last two matches.
