With over 150,000 people set to descend on Glasgow Green for Scotland's biggest music festival this weekend, music fans are being asked to bring one important item ahead of the event.
Taking place across three days from July 7 until the 9th, artists including Pulp, Niall Horan and Sam Fender will take to the main stage to the delight of fans.
However, with just days to go, TRNSMT organisers have reminded visitors of the things they should be bringing and what they shouldn't bring when they head along.
So, to make the most of the weekend, here is what you need to know.

What you should bring to TRNSMT
As well as your ticket (of course), TRNSMT organisers are keen to remind everyone this year's festival is for over 16s only and the security staff will be operating a Challenge 25 policy.
So, if you look under 25, you must bring a valid ID with you.
If you’re planning on bringing your YoungScot card, make sure the PASS hologram hasn’t faded, as it’ll not be accepted.
And, as always, no photos or photocopies of any ID will be accepted in place of actual ID.
Items that are banned from TRNSMT
TRNSMT has a full section on its website on what you can and cannot bring to the event.
TRNSMT aims to recycle as much as possible this year, so please don’t bring in any items you shouldn't.
Bags and rucksacks are allowed for essential items but should be smaller than an A4 piece of paper.
Items that fans should not bring include:
- Metal, glass or hard plastic water bottles (soft collapsible, under 500ml bottles accepted)
- Food or drink (alcoholic or otherwise)
- Glass (including perfumes)
- Flares or smoke canisters (These are dangerous and now illegal to have at large events)
- Flags
- Chairs
- Professional cameras
- Umbrellas
Single-use disposable vapes (they pollute the environment and incorrect disposal of these can be hazardous at waste centres)
Drugs
Selfie sticks
Weapons
Frisbees/boomerangs
Hi-Vis jackets
