The Hoppings is welcoming an exciting new attraction this year, with visitors set to be treated to a host of live entertainment from North East talent.
Newcastle's iconic funfair will see over 350 attractions land on the Town Moor as it returns for its 141st outing from Friday, June 16 until Sunday, June 25. As well as 42 thrilling rides including the brand new 'nail-biting' Rocket Ride, visitors will now be able to enjoy live music in the fair's Feast Street, which was launched last year to bring a mouth-watering line-up of street food to The Hoppings.
Feast Street will be home to a performance stage which will be occupied by home-grown music talent each day, so visitors can enjoy some live music and a bite to eat in between rides. Plans are also underway for kids' club entertainment which will also take place each weekend in the Feast Street area, including appearances by costumed characters, mini discos and party games.

Ryan Crow from organiser Crow Events said: "We had such a good response to Feast Street last year that we decided not just to do it again but to extend it and bring in the entertainment programme, which has something for everyone as well as showcasing North East talent."
