Ed Sheeran is known and loved for love songs like Photograph and Lego House — but it really couldn't have got any more romantic than when one fan proposed to her soulmate as the singer performed on stage at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.
Kimberley Wright, 29, proposed to Kyran Ruddock-Owens, 26, during Ed's concert on Friday as she executed the plan she'd been planning for nearly a year while Ed sang one of his most romantic songs, Perfect, at the sell-out show. She said: “It just felt as if it was right — all of our closest friends, all of our bestest friends were there.”
The video above shows the couple seemingly lost in the music as they hold each other and sway to the music along with thousands of others. Then Kim moves away and a friend hands her the ring before Kim drops to her knee. Kyran looks stunned before taking her in his arms as onlookers cheer.
