The Chase star Paul Sinha has revealed he proposed to husband Olly Levy with a £20 ring.
The 52-year-old quizzer married his partner in 2019 - but has recently revealed he didn’t splash out on fancy jewellery when he popped the question.
Sinha detailed his proposal on a recent episode of Loose Men - the all-male special take over of ITV daytime show Loose Women.
He appeared on the show alongside boxer Tommy Fury, presenter Vernon Kay and musician and actor Martin Kemp.
He said about his proposal: “Everyone deserves their moment in the sun and their moment of happiness.
“You look at someone and you go: ‘You’re never going to be happier than you are with that one person’ and you think: ‘Why not make it official?’”
He said he proposed with a £20 ring he picked up in TopShop.
"The one thing I knew he wouldn’t value was an expensive ring, that’s not what drives the relationship. It’s companionship and love and having fun, it’s not the value of jewellery," he said.
Sinha has previously said his wedding day was the “greatest” of his life.
Also on the show, Fury said he feels pressure to keep up a masculine persona outside the boxing ring due to social media.
The professional fighter, 24, discussed current attitudes on what it means to be “manly” on the special episode.
The panel also discussed fatherhood, erectile dysfunction, going commando and male grooming during the episode which coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week.

Asked whether he feels there is pressure to be masculine in his day-to-day life, Fury said: “Yeah definitely. Obviously, with what I do, it’s the most masculine (type sport) so you can’t be showing any form of weakness.
“There is still a pressure because there’s that much influence out there with social media.
“There’s all different types of what man you should be and I see people who aren’t boxers, who don’t do masculine things, they feel a pressure to do them things when they shouldn’t.”
