The Chase host Bradley Walsh was left surprised after chaser Darragh Ennis shared details of his real job. It came as the presenter, 62, welcomed four new players on Monday's (October 24) edition of the popular ITV quiz show. The players, Belinda, Dan, Paul and Sabine were up against The Menace in a bid to win a cash prize.
Belinda navigated her way past The Chaser to book her spot in the final round with £6,000. She was joined by Dan, who added an extra £5,000 to the cash prize, reports the Liverpool Echo.
However, Bradley was taken aback during the tense head-to-head as The Menace spoke about one of his colleagues at the laboratory. The host asked: "Are you still working in your lab while you're doing this?"

Darragh responded: "Oh yeah, I'll be back in on Monday. Most of them don't watch it. They're nerds, but they're not kind of nerds. Half of them don't even watch TV."
Bradley joked: "What a fantastic thing going into work and being asked what your weekend was like. 'Oh I was working with The Beast, the Dark Destroyer and the Vixen'. I love it." The team were joined by Paul in the final Chase as they were competing for £14,000. They built up 13 steps, but were caught with 45 seconds remaining.
