The Chargers social media team posted through Raiders blowout with hysterical touchdown commentary

Kudos to the Los Angeles Chargers Twitter account: it knew exactly how to get a laugh out of everyone on one of the worst nights in this franchise’s history.

When Chargers quarterback Easton Stick finally got the team on the board with a touchdown in the third quarter of Thursday night’s game with a long pass to Joshua Palmer, the Los Angeles Twitter account simply shared “we scored.” with the clip attached.

Keep in mind, this touchdown pass came while the Las Vegas Raiders were leading 49-7 and basically had the game out of reach barring some sort of uncanny collapse the likes of which the NFL has never seen.

Despite all of that, this Twitter account did its dang job and posted through it. Bravo.

The Chargers Twitter account always knows when to lighten things up a bit, and this post perfectly captured the mood in the air for Los Angeles fans.

This was a nice play for Stick and Palmer, but it was just way too little, way too late for the Chargers. At least we got a giggle out of it from social media.
