The Best Street Style Looks From the Spring 2025 Menswear Season Came Courtesy of the Women

Over the years street style has become just as powerful a force as the actual collections being shown on runways. Sometimes it's even more exciting and inspiring to see what the people attending the shows are wearing as opposed to the models modeling the latest designer offerings. Case in point: The Spring 2025 Menswear street style is top-notch. Especially when it comes to the women.

There are definitely trends to add to your sartorial mood board. Vests and blazers are popping up in every city, from Milan to Paris. Frequently both are worn solo, which makes sense given the current climate. Skirt lengths ran the gamut. Miniskirts are definitely well-represented, but midi and maxi versions also make notable appearances. It appears that cowboy core and tenniscore are in the rearview mirror as neither showed up this season. (Although there are a few polo sightings.)

Interestingly, double denim and motocross seem to be revving back up into the spotlight. We're not complaining, however. We're constantly amazed how many ways there are to rock both without looking like you're trying too hard. Which isn't as hard as trying to pull off styling jeans with chaps or a Stetson or a sporty dress with noticeable pockets to carry tennis balls around in.

In other blast from the past news, half-tucking tops is becoming a thing again. Most commonly in the form of tucking one side of a button-down shirt into your waist. In one instance, however, the lack of symmetry was predetermined via an already disproportionate top.

Dressing up is also apparently in fashion. Glamorous gowns are not uncommon because what's more glamorous than sitting in the front row? Of course, not everyone went all out. Some attendees simply layered strings of pearls to instantly update an all-denim ensemble or a classic Adidas tracksuit.

Jewelry, in general, makes a statement. Flashy earrings and chunkier necklaces rule supreme. Bold shades are favored sometimes upstaging entire outfits. Bags are neither small nor large, instead fitting pretty squarely in the midi category. While you're probably expecting to see tons of sandals, they definitely don't dominate. Knee-high boots and socks with sneakers are just as prevalent. In the interest of full disclosure, many of these ensembles won't hold up in a heat wave. But it's always good to have backup plans for those days when it's much colder. Or, you know, for when fall finally arrives. It'll be interesting to see if any of these predilections carry over to haute couture.
