One of the very best venues is right here in Leeds. According to Kitchen specialists Magnet, the Dakota restaurant, based at the Russell Street hotel, is one of the UK's best. It has many, many five-star reviews on TripAdvisor.
The menu for afternoon tea at Dakota says tea is served daily. Afternoon tea comes with baked scones, finger sandwiches and a selection of cakes and sweets.
