Nostalgia always comes at a price, and in the case of the swanky translucent green 25th Anniversary Xbox Series X that was shown off at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 earlier this year, that price is apparently €899.99 / $899.99.
If you were keeping your fingers crossed that the upcoming limited edition console was going to cost the same as the $799.99 Series X, a leak shared by DealLabs is here to squander your dreams. Xbox itself has yet to officially announce how many smackaroos you'll need to fork out for its retro-inspired hardware, but the team at DealLabs Magazine has done their "own research" and has announced it'll launch on November 27 and cost €899.99 in France and Europe, which should approximately translate to $899.99 US dollars - an eye-watering MSRP that even matches that of the post-price-hike PS5 Pro.
