Manchester City made hard work of it, but Pep Guardiola's side have retained their Premier League crown with a thrilling 3-2 victory over Aston Villa at the Etihad.
Guardiola's men kicked off on Sunday afternoon one point clear at the summit of the table, with Jurgen Klopp's side hosting Wolves at Anfield. Liverpool did their job by beating Bruno Lage's men 3-1, but a stunning City comeback meant they were crowned champions.
City will receive 40 medals following their Premier League triumph, with the league establishing rules that they can be distributed to the manager, players and the officials that the club see fit, as long as every player who has made at least five top-flight appearances this season gets one.
