'That day I had retired...': MS Dhoni reveals when he had decided to retire from international cricket

NEW DELHI: Former Indian cricket captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, has offered an intimate glimpse into the emotional moment he decided to retire from international cricket.

Speaking at an event in Bengaluru, Dhoni disclosed that he had resolved to retire after India's heartbreaking defeat to New Zealand in the 2019 World Cup semifinal, though he officially announced his retirement on August 15, 2020.
