Texas CBP Officers Prevent Weapons, Ammo From Being Smuggled Into Mexico: 'Threat Neutralized'

Customs and Border Protection officers in Texas prevented the smuggling of weapons and ammunition into Mexico, according to a new report.

Concretely, officers seized three weapons, nine magazines and almost 1,400 rounds of ammo. The incident took place as agents stopped a passenger van that was pulling a utility trailer heading to Mexico at the Del Rio International Bridge.
