The Ravens have lost six of their top 26 free agents after Del’Shawn Phillips agreed to a one-year deal with the Houston Texans.
Phillips joins Ronald Darby (Jaguars) and Geno Stone (Bengals) as Baltimore defensive players to depart on the first day of the legal tampering period.

Phillips, 27, is 6-2, 230 pounds, and is entering his 5th NFL season out of Illinois.
Phillips has played on three teams in four years and will be a quality contributor on special teams. He also flashes at the linebacker position.
