Tesco recalls meal deal salad over food poisoning concerns

• Tesco has recalled its Finest Mozzarella Pearls and Pesto Orzo salad over the risk it may have been contaminated with E.coli .
• The recall affects 215g packets with use-by dates of 25, 26, and 27 August.
• Contamination with E. coli can cause severe diarrhoea, abdominal pain, vomiting and dehydration.
• The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said: "If you have bought the above product, do not eat it. Instead, return it to any Tesco store for a full refund.”
• Tesco has warned that if anyone presents any of these symptoms, they should isolate away from work, school or nurseries for two days.
